A Wiregrass Wellness Social
One morning, four ways to feel better. Show up how you are — leave lighter.

What is The Reset
The Reset is a quarterly morning gathering in the Wiregrass built around four things: moving your body, refueling it well, recovering properly, and connecting with people who live here too.
No memberships. No pressure. No one checking your pace. Come for one class or all of them, hang out at the market, meet your neighbors, and go home better than you showed up.
The four pillars
Four zones, one lawn. Wander between them all morning — as much or as little as you want.
On the lawn
A few things people will be talking about after October 10. The class lineup can change from one Reset to the next — the current one lives on the schedule.

Cold plunge, guided stretch, massage and mobility with local clinicians. All staffed, all optional, all included with your ticket.
A 2-mile loop on Eastgate's shaded boardwalk, led by Dothan By Nature. Run it, walk it, or somewhere in between.
Local food and beverage vendors set up for the morning, plus a refresher from Hype Nutrition with every ticket and a free hydration station all three hours.
Music all morning, not just background noise. The kind of set that keeps people on the lawn after class ends.
Local makers, studios and small businesses set up on the lawn. Come for the classes, leave knowing half the Wiregrass.
Powered by the Wiregrass
Every class, plunge and bowl comes from a local studio, shop or maker. That's on purpose.
The Salvation Army of Dothan will be on site with their canteen and an Angel Tree sign-up table.

Good questions
The short answers. The long list lives on the FAQ page.
No. Every class has modifications, every instructor is briefed on beginners, and the run is also a walk. If you can show up, you can do this.
Not even close. Some people do all four pillars. Some people do one class and then sit in the grass with a cold drink. Both are correct.
A mat or towel, a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and a change of clothes if you're plunging. Everything else is on us.
GA gets you the full morning — all classes, the trail, the market, the recovery zone, the DJ and a refresher drink. VIP adds a shaded tent with seating, a chef-made spread from local farm produce, drinks in the tent, priority check-in and a partner gift bag. VIP is capped at 30.
