Before you arrive

Parking & check-in

Parking

Free on-site parking at Eastgate Park with overflow in the adjoining lots. Volunteers in orange vests will point you in. Carpooling is encouraged — the lot fills up fast around 8:45.

Check-in

Opens at 8:30 AM under the check-in tent. Pull up your TicketSpice QR code on your phone — screenshot it in case service is slow. VIP has a separate, shorter line.

Arrive by

8:45 AM. Welcome is at 8:50, the community warm-up starts at 9:00 sharp, and the run and the walk start together at 9:10. Later arrivals can still jump into any class.

What to bring

  • Mat or towel
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Sunscreen and a hat
  • Change of clothes if you're plunging
  • Cash or card for vendors

Accessibility

Paved paths, accessible restrooms and seated modifications for every class. Email us ahead of time and we'll make sure your morning works.

Weather

The morning is open-air and happens rain or shine, so dress for the forecast. Only lightning or genuinely unsafe conditions will move us — if that happens, every ticket holder gets an email and a text, and every ticket is honored.
