The Reset Wiregrass

Everything you're wondering.

Short answers to the questions we get most. Still stuck? The contact form is right below.

Any. Every class has a scaled version and every instructor is briefed to coach beginners first. Walk the two miles instead of running them, sit out a round, or skip movement entirely and spend the morning in the recovery zone and market. You do as much or as little as you want.

Not even close. Plenty of people come for the food, the DJ and the vendors and never touch a workout. That's a completely valid Reset.

  • A mat or towel for floor-based classes
  • Refillable water bottle (hydration station is free)
  • Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses
  • A dry change of clothes and a towel if you're cold plunging
  • Cash or card for vendors
  • Your ticket QR code — screenshot it in case service is slow

Check-in opens at 8:30 AM, and the first slot is reserved for run and walk participants — aim to be parked by 8:45. The group warm-up starts at 9:00, then the run and the walk start together at 9:10. Arriving late is fine; classes run all morning.

Kids 12 and under are free with a ticketed adult and welcome on the lawn, in the market and at the DJ. Classes are 13+. Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome in the open areas — just not in class or recovery zones. Eastgate Park also has a dog park on site.

Yes. Every attendee signs a liability waiver at checkout on TicketSpice — one click, no printing. Minors need a parent or guardian signature. Read the waiver & terms any time.

Not necessarily. The four pillars stay the same every time, but the classes, instructors and vendors can change from one Reset to the next. The schedule is always the source of truth for what's confirmed.

General Admission ($30) includes every movement class, the recovery zone with cold plunge and stretch stations, the free hydration station, full market and vendor access, the live DJ, and entry into partner giveaways. Food and drink from vendors is purchased separately.

VIP ($40) is everything in GA plus the shaded VIP tent — real seating, open all morning between classes — a chef-made spread built from produce grown by local farmers, and drinks served in the tent. You also get priority check-in — a separate, shorter line — and a gift bag from our Wiregrass partners. The tent, the spread and the tent drinks are VIP only, and VIP is capped at 30 so the perks stay real.

Through TicketSpice, our ticketing platform. Every "Get Tickets" button on this site sends you there. You'll get a QR code by email — that's your entry.

All ticket sales are final. That said, if something comes up, email us at least 7 days before the event and we'll move your ticket to the next quarterly Reset at no cost. Full terms in our refund & event policy.

Yes. Tickets are fully transferable up to 24 hours before the event — email us the new attendee's name and email and we'll update it. They'll need to sign the waiver too.

Tickets cover instructors, vendors, equipment and the park — that’s it.

The Salvation Army of Dothan will be on site with their canteen and an Angel Tree sign-up table if you’d like to stop by.

Absolutely not. It's optional, staffed, and completely up to you. If you do want it: bring a swimsuit or clothes you can get wet, plus a towel and dry change. Go at your own pace and get out whenever you want.

Skip the plunge if you're pregnant or have a heart condition, uncontrolled blood pressure, Raynaud's, or any condition affected by cold exposure — check with your doctor first. GA plunge access is first come, first served; VIP gets a reserved slot.

The hydration station is free and open all morning. Food and drinks come from local vendors and are purchased separately — most take card, but bring cash as a backup. Every ticket includes a refresher drink, and VIP tickets get the chef-made spread and drinks in the VIP tent.

The Reset happens rain or shine. The morning is almost entirely open-air, so dress for the forecast — light rain doesn't stop us. Only lightning or genuinely unsafe conditions will change plans. If that happens, every ticket holder gets an email and a text with updates or the rescheduled date, and every ticket is honored.

Free on-site parking at Eastgate Park, 2049 Sanitary Dairy Road, Dothan, AL 36301, with overflow in the adjoining lots. Volunteers direct traffic. Check-in is under the check-in tent starting at 8:30 AM — VIP has its own line.

Yes. Eastgate Park has paved paths, accessible parking and accessible restrooms, and every class offers seated or standing modifications. Email us before the event with what you need and we'll make sure it's handled.

No — GA is walk-up for everything, and we size classes so there's room. VIP ticket holders can reserve spots in specific classes at check-in.

Yes — we'll have photographers on site and photos may be used on this site and on Instagram. If you'd rather not appear, tell us at check-in and we'll flag it for the team.

Fill out the inquiry form on the Partners page with what you sell and what you need (space, power, water). Flat booth fee, no commission on sales. We prioritize Wiregrass-area businesses.

We have founding and community tiers with signage, activation space, social features and VIP gift bag placement — packages start small. Request the sponsor deck and we'll send it over.

Please do. We're always looking for instructors and wellness providers — cold plunge, breathwork, massage, compression, assessments, anything that helps people move or recover. Pitch it on the Get Involved section.
