The Reset Wiregrass

Four pillars. One morning. Your pace.

Move, Refuel, Recover, Connect. Do all four, do one, or just sit in the grass with a good bowl and good people. There's no wrong way to Reset.

01

Move

Guided classes, the trail, and total freedom to pick your own pace. Take one, take three, or walk the loop and call it a morning.

  • Guided group classes

Every Reset runs a lineup of classes led by Wiregrass instructors and studios — think low impact, strength, conditioning and everything in between. The lineup for the next Reset is always on the schedule.

  • Time on the trail

An optional 2-mile loop on Eastgate's shaded trail and boardwalk, led by Dothan By Nature. Run it, walk it, or somewhere in between. Nobody finishes alone.

  • Scaled for every level

Every class has modifications, and instructors give first timers their own cues. Day one and year ten stand in the same row.

  • Nothing is required

Take one class, take all of them, or skip straight to the recovery zone. Showing up is the only part that matters.

  • The lineup can change

Classes, instructors and studios can change from one Reset to the next, so check the schedule before each one — it always has what's confirmed.

02

Refuel

Food and drink that make you feel better afterward — from people who make it right here.

Cut fruit, a green juice, a smoothie and a cold water bottle on a wooden table outdoors
  • Hydration Station

A refresher from Hype Nutrition comes with every ticket, and they'll be running free wellness profiles on site. Beyond that: free, unlimited hydration all morning — cold water, electrolytes and cucumber-mint refills. Bring a bottle.

  • Local Food & Drink

A rotating lineup of Wiregrass food and beverage vendors — açaí bowls, macro meals, organic goods, goat milk skincare, and chicken minis from Chick-fil-A East Dothan. The reward at the end of the morning.

  • The VIP Tent

A shaded tent with real seating to land in between classes, plus a full spread from a chef cooking with produce grown by local farmers. Drinks too. VIP tickets only.

  • Nutrition, Simplified

Drop-in chats with local dietitians and coaches. No meal-plan sales pitch — just straight answers to the questions you actually have.

  • Beverage Partners

Coffee, kombucha, protein shakes and the occasional surprise from Wiregrass beverage makers.

03

Recover

The part most people skip — and the part you'll still feel on Monday.

  • Cold Plunge

Timed plunges, staffed and completely optional. Go at your own pace, stay as long as feels right, and get out any time you want.

  • Guided Stretching

Partner-assisted and solo stretch sessions run on a loop. Come off the trail, lie down, get put back together.

  • Massage & Bodywork

Chair and table sessions from licensed local therapists. Short, targeted, and absurdly good after two miles.

  • Mobility Lab

Foam rollers, bands and physical therapists who will happily tell you why your hip hurts. Free assessments all morning.

  • Recovery Experiences

Add-ons that can rotate from one Reset to the next — breathwork, compression boots, percussion therapy and whatever our recovery partners bring.

04

Connect

The reason it's called a social. Wellness is easier when you're not doing it alone.

  • Live DJ

A real set, all morning, from a Wiregrass DJ. Loud enough to move to, low enough to talk over.

  • The Market

Wiregrass makers, apparel, skincare, candles, coffee and small businesses worth knowing about.

  • Local Businesses & Sponsors

Studios, clinics, shops and sponsors who make this free-feeling morning possible. Say hi — most of them are teaching something too.

  • Community Partners

Nonprofits and community groups doing good work in the Wiregrass. Every Reset supports one of them directly.

  • Actually Meeting People

A live DJ, an open lawn and a morning designed so you leave with a workout buddy, not just a receipt.

Come as you are

Do as much or as little as you want.

There is no schedule you have to keep and no class you have to finish. Run the two miles or walk half of them. Take three classes or take a nap in the grass. Plunge or watch someone else plunge and enjoy it thoroughly.

Every fitness level is welcome — first workout in years, training for a marathon, or somewhere in between. Every instructor scales, every class has modifications, and nobody is keeping score.

Brand new?

Start with the walk, hit the hydration station, and try the recovery zone. That's a full, genuinely great morning.

Been at it a while?

Walk the trail, hit every class on the schedule, plunge, then eat. Then go find a new studio to train at.

Just here to hang out?

Also perfect. The market, the DJ and the lawn are the whole event for plenty of people.

Next up

See it all on October 10.
